DUNGANNON

Originally situated in the historic Linen green shopping village of Dungannon. In 2015 the Deli was severely damaged due to the flooding of a nearby river bank. This prompted the owners to acquire a new site with much more scope for expansion.

The client approached us with the brief of creating a space which would compliment there offering as well as appealing to a wider demographic.

The space needed to pay homage to the past industrial location whilst also complimenting the fresh and organic food. We utilised a lot of traditional and reclaimed materials such as brick, barn oak, mild steel and even some reclaimed French shutters to provoke an industrial but comfortable atmosphere. This was softened with a mix of soft seating areas and bespoke over sized pleated light fittings which drop through the centre of the room.
