Icon nightclub

LIMERICK

Originally opened in 2001, Icon nightclub has always been at the forefront of the limerick entertainment scene. Located in the centre of limerick, just beside the cities milk market area, the venue has always been the go to place for local and visiting clubbers.

We were approached by the owners to redeveloped and design the new interior scheme for the ground floor club. The experienced nightclub and bar owners were determined to keep Icon at the top and wanted to invest heavily in new LED technology to enhance the and exceed the customers’ expectations.

Tasked with developing the new spatial planning we got to work ensuring flow was key to customer satisfaction. The circular layout and dance floor along with the positions of the new bar counters helped with the current functionality problems.

Lighting was key in this project as with any nightclub interior, we specified a custom build DMX controlled LED ceiling which would cover the entire dance floor area. This was programmed to blend seamlessly with the music creating an unique and immersive atmosphere.
